Rates and tenancy options
Wahroonga Waldorf Apartments offer a selection of accommodation
rates for either furnished or unfurnished apartments:
Furnished Apartments
Our weekly rate for a studio or 1 bedroom furnished apartments
starts from $600 per week, while our two bedrooms furnished
apartments rental start from $650 per week. These rates include,
free
Pay TV, a weekly service (including supply and change of linen & towels).
Special weekly extended stay rates for furnished apartments
(for more than 8 weeks stay) are subject to availability and
advanced reservation.
A one time cleaning charge of A$50 will be debited to the
tenant account on departure. Any damage to the apartment, its
equipment or furniture, as a result of tenant mishandling of
the apartment will be debited to the tenant account on departure.
Unfurnished Apartments
Our unfurnished apartments are let
for a minimum stay of 3 months, subject to NSW Real Estate
Institute Lease. Our weekly rental
starts from $280 per week and these tenancies are subject
to a rental bond deposit of 2 weeks rent.
Unfurnished apartments can be rented with direct-dial telephone
connection for an additional weekly charge of $5 (telephone
usage is extra). Extended stay tenants can establish their
own telephone service.
A dedicated underground car space, at a weekly rate, is optional.
All our rates are fully inclusive.
